NLCOG Committee to Hear Presentations For Stage 1 Evaluation of 3132 Extension on Friday, February 3, at 8:30 a.m.

The Northwest Louisiana Council of Governments MPO Transportation Policy Committee meet on Friday, February 3, at 8:30 a.m. at Government Chamber to hear presentations from the consulting teams who submitted presentations to perform assessments on the Inner Loop (LA 3132) Extension Stage 1. They anticipate that this meeting will take at least three hours or more. Each team will have 40 minutes total, 30 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for questions from the MPO members. The meeting schedule and presentation format is given below:

Each firm on a team will be required to present how they plan to address their portion of the project.

Please be prepared to provide specifics on:

  1. Plan to address public involvement and public engagement throughout the project
  2. Plan to develop and evaluate potential alignments
  3. Plan to include creative and innovative use of technology for project development and examples of such 
  4. Methods for corridor preservation along a preferred alignment 
  5. Demonstrated effort at meeting Fair Share goal of 25% including a disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) goal of 10%
